After exmatriculation your account will be deleted with immediate effect according to our user agreement.

However, it is possible to send us an email or fill out our contact form to ask for an extension of your account for one year. Please contact us a minimum 7 days before your exmatriculation comes into effect.

Please note: You still can use the self-service functions to print certificates after exmatriculation. Therefore, please keep your PIN and your TAN list after you have finished your studies!
