Help desk at the cafeteria of the northern part of university ("Nordmensa")
At the cafeteria of the northern part of university (“Nordmensa”) studIT also provides advisory service.
The opening hours are:
Monday and Thursday 12 pm to 2 pm.
There studIT provides the following service feature:
- issuing of student accounts
- resetting and regeneration of passwords for the student account (and for the self-service functions)
- regular advisory service for the student account (including adivsory service concerning Wi-Fi networks)
The studIT help desk at the "Nordmensa" is in the former club room at the foyer of the cafeteria of the northern part of university (entrance, near the cash machine).
